  1. They cannot be used in the oven, as high heat could melt down the coating material.
  2. It is not dishwasher friendly.
  3. Easily damaged by other metal objects.

It is important to know that using knives or any other metal objects will cause damage to the pans.

Other than that it is safe to say that these pans are good to cook any meal.

But you should have in mind that you cannot make crispy food using these pans.
